A standard installation will take 1-3 days. Work will be completed both internally and externally, this will of been identified at survey stage so you are fully aware of the proposed work. The install team will need access to a power supply and running water throughout the install.

When the install team arrive they will need to conduct some safety checks inside the property, checking any fires/flues for correct ventilation and basic electrical safety checks. Once satisfied the install team will then site the heat pump externally as agreed at survey stage and run the primary pipework through into the property. Internal work will then include installing the new hot water cylinder, radiators and all associated pipework, again all of this work will be in line with your site specific survey. The system will then be filled and tested thoroughly to make sure there are no leaks and the system can be balanced. You will receive a demonstration of how to use the heat pump and controls as well as being given the appropriate user guides. Once completed the team will clean any dust and debris created during the install making sure that your property is left in the best possible condition.
