Refunds

Please note:
- Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Any damage caused by improper handling or inadequate packaging during return transit may affect refund eligibility.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product, size, or variant, please contact us. We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will repair, replace, or refund the item as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer‑initiated returns: You are responsible for return postage.
- Our error (damaged/incorrect items): We cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
Cancellations
