YES! We offer a 2 year insurance backed guarantee as standard through QualityMark. with options to upgrade to 10 years.
A standard installation will take 1-2 days. Most of the work should be completed externally (such as mounting the solar panels on the roof). There may be some internal work required as we will run cables back to your main consumer unit and electricity meter. The install teams may isolate and turn off your electricity for a short time during the install.
Most properties require scaffolding to be erected to allow our install teams to work safely when mounting the solar panels on your roof. The scaffolding usually goes up on the day before the install is due to take place however this will be confirmed to you by one of our project managers. When the install team arrive they will need to conduct some safety checks inside the property, checking the consumer unit and other electrical safety checks. Once satisfied the install team will them complete all of the roof mounting work from outside before bringing cables through into the loft space. The electrician will then wire the system together so that you can start generating electricity immediately. The system will be commissioned and tested and you will be given all appropriate paperwork and user guides. Once all work is completed the team will clean any dust and debris created during the install making sure that your property is left in the best possible condition.
We are not a hard sell company and that is why we offer totally free no obligation home surveys to help make sure your home is suitable and all your questions are answered.
